Qualitative Recruitment

We have a dedicated qualitative recruitment team, and West Coast Field Services has established an excellent reputation across Australia as recruitment specialists.

We recruit for focus groups, in depth interviews, ad tests, sensory testing, workshops for community consultation and citizens juries.

Focus Group Facilities

There are two focus group rooms each equipped with Large Screen TV, Video and DVD player.

An overhead projector can be provided upon request.

10 to 12 participants can be comfortably seated in each room.

Large one way glass wall mirrors provide unobstructed client viewing from the observation rooms. There is viewing capacity for up to 8 clients in viewing room 1 and 3-4 clients in viewing room 2.

A choice of audio/video/DVD recording of groups is available.

Our host will make you and your clients welcome and look after participants. A wide range of menus is available if your viewing clients need refreshments other than finger food/platter.

Computer Aided Telephone Interviewing (CATI)

Our purpose built phone room has 27 CATI work stations enabling us to work on multiple cati projects as well as hard copy. We dial into all states as well as overseas, on a host of different types of surveys.

Computer Aided Personal Interviewing (CAPI)

Respondents may be recruited to come to our office for either self-completion or interviewer administered interviews either on hard copy or on laptop. CAPI is also used for face to face executive interviewing.

Door to Door Capacity

We are able to field multiple door to door projects at any one time, using our experienced IQCA trained face to face interviewers.
