West Coast Field Services is Western Australia's foremost professional contract market research field resource. It was established in 1991 to service parent company Patterson Market Research, other Perth consultancies and a host of East Coast companies.

In October 2008 Patterson Market Research and West Coast Field Services were formally separated into two companies to reflect the reality of the way the companies operate.

Experienced Professional Management

WCFS is headed by Operations Manager, Sandra Simpson. Sandra has many years senior field management experience and is supported by an experienced field co-ordinator who is also responsible for quality assurance.

WCFS is independently able to service the needs of virtually any market research project in WA, or indeed, anywhere in Australasia.

The team of 90 casual interviewers has been trained to industry quality assured standards to ensure that the quality of work supplied by WCFS is second to none.

Quality Assurance

WCFS is currently accredited under ISO 20252, which is the new International ISO standard for market, social and opinion research.
